Seeking an outstanding Community Manager with active adult condominium residential experience.  CMCA required.  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to attending monthly board meetings and workshop meetings, conducting site inspections, work with committees, attend to and/or manage emergency services for the community, work with local municipalities, manage capital improvement projects, recommend improvements, and much more.  Must have a solid background in understanding community law, association insurance, maintenance, accounting, finance, and management.  Must present well, be personable, friendly, and able to maintain a high level of service.  Must be skilled in computers; Tops experience preferred.
